This was celebrating the year 2021-2022, which finished off with the club wining Top Scottish Club of the year! There was dancing, food and award giving. It was a welcome opportunity for parents, swimmers, coaches and volunteers to get together away from the pool and a great night was had by all.
All swimmers who passed a grade during the year received a certificate, beautifully designed by ex-committee member Makiko. An incredible 21 swimmers received a certificate for achieving one grade or more, between Feb 2020 until September 2022.
Our team Star Awards were presented by the coach of each team. They went to:
Beginners – Christiana
12 & unders / Grade 2 – Eve
13-15s – Rose
Juniors – Baylee

Senior Achievement Shield – Lucy
Samantha Ritchie Achievement Shield – Elizabeth
Champion of the Year Trophy – Baylee
Each year the swimmers vote to decide who receives the Coach of the Year Quaich and who will be the Club Captain for the forthcoming year. Lucy was awarded Club Captain. Unfortunately, Mae was unwell so couldn’t be at the awards night. So was presented with the Coach of the Year Quaich at training:
