A huge thanks to everyone who contributed to our social/fundraising event on Friday 3 March, at the Parkside Bowling Club. It was a great success and a fun evening was had by all. Well done to everyone who took part in the last ever skills assessment day on Sunday (we move on to Grades now). Amy, Eve, Flora, Freya, Miryam, Natalia and Torri passed skill two. Caitlin, Cale, Kiku and Sara passed skill three.
At the AGM we took some photos of the club and each of the groups.
The club started off the year with our AGM and a display of routines from last year’s Novice Event and Scottish National Age Groups, plus one from Synchro Caledonia. Almost all swimmers in the club performed at least one routine.

The club’s AGM is on Sunday 22 January and will be followed by a display. The agenda is attached. All are welcome.
26 of our swimmers took part in the Novice Event at Bo’ness on Sunday 19 November.
Edinburgh took a team of 27 swimmers to the Scottish National Age Group Championships in Drumchapel at the weekend and most came home with at least one medal. Edinburgh came second overall in the National club competition.
The club had a site at the Edinburgh Big Beach Busk in Portobello on Saturday 27 August. There was a cake stall, a tombola and face painting by the amazing Shirley. Overall the club raised just over £400. It was a lovely day on the beach. Thanks to everyone who turned up to help.
