Girls from groups 2 and 3 enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Whithaugh Park in May. As well as training for the Club Championships they had fun raft building and conquering the low ropes course.
On Sunday 26 April we had a ‘come and try’ session and fundraiser at the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Five swimmers came for the session and all were asked to join the club. The fundraising tables raised a massive £234.20 for the club.

Well done to all the swimmers from the club who took part in the inter district competition in Edinburgh last Saturday, representing East District.
The East District Swimmer of the Year 2014 was awarded to Jennifer. The Edinburgh Synchronised Swimming Club Swimmer of the Year 2014 was awarded to Niamh.
The club had a hugely successful Skills Assessment day at Bo’ness on Sunday 1st March. Amy, Cale, Cara, Eliza, Esther, Kiku and Mae passed their Skill Level 1 assessment and Ailsa passed her Skill Level 2 assessment. Congratulations to all the girls on their achievements.
Congratulations to Louise Fleming who recently attained her ‘ASA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Synchronised swimming’.
The bowling went very well and everyone seemed to enjoy the day. The bowling was won very narrowly (1 point) by Megan. She received a certificate on the day for being the highest scorer.
It has been a good year for Edinburgh Synchro. We have 45 members, almost all of whom competed in at least one competition this year. Here is a summary of the year.
