Edinburgh Synchro took at team of five to the Swim England National Age Groups in Manchester. They competed in both the figures and the free team event. Elisa came 102nd in the figures, with Natalia in 116th, Amy 139th, Madeline 148th and Rose F 158th. The team came 17th overall.

Due to the change in the synchro year the club has held its second Club Figure Competition of 2019 but the first of the 2019/20 synchro year. Again, almost all members of the club competed. As there was a change in the synchro year we have had our second awards night of 2019. This was celebrating the synchro ‘year’ from January to September 2019. The club had another fantastic competition last weekend at the Scottish Club Championships in Inverness. Almost the whole club was there to compete and contributed to the points total to regain the Mary Black Rosebowl Synchronised Swimming Club Championship trophy.
Two teams had a great trip to London Aquatic Centre in the Olympic Park for the 2019 Combo Cup. With over 1,000 swimmers and 114 routines it was an amazing event to be part of.
Edinburgh had a great weekend at the Scottish National and Age Group Championships in Drumchapel on 15/16 June, and finished by winning the Top Scottish Club trophy.
Edinburgh sent a large team of 20 swimmers to the inaugural Synchro for All competition, held by the East District, in the Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfirmline. It had a novice section and a recreational combo section and was the first competition for many of our swimmers.
